Deposit Policy
A deposit will be required of 50% of the treatment cost to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours or if you no-show or cancellation with less than 4 hours notice the full treatment is due, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you and not enough notice to refill that slot with another client. With more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to a future booking. Deposits are non-transferable to other clients.
Cancellation Policy
We require notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to reallocate your booking time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit, or if you cancel or do not show up within 4 hours of your appointment time the full amount is due. Payments not made within 7 business days will result in debt collection. All future bookings will require the debt paid and payment up front.
No Show Policy
If you miss an appointment without notice or less than 4 hours notice you will be charged the full service fee as the time has been set aside exclusively for you. Should you not show three times you will no longer be able to book with us.
Late Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment may incur a charge of up to 100% of the service value. This policy is consistent with the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
Refunds Policy
Refunds are not available for services already performed. For products, we comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act: faulty or unsafe goods will be repaired, replaced, or refunded. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Shipping & Returns Policy
Products are shipped within New Zealand only. Returns are accepted if the item is faulty, unsafe, or not as described, in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act. Returns for change of mind are not accepted unless at our discretion, and products must be unopened and in original condition.
Complaints & Resolution Policy
We are committed to resolving any concerns quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact us directly. We will work with you in good faith to find a suitable resolution, in line with the Fair Trading Act and your consumer rights. Please email admin@nationbeauty.nz or phone 0274628466.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. Personal information is collected only for the purposes of providing our services and is stored securely. We comply with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and do not share your details without your consent unless required by law.
Timings Disclaimer
Treatment times are indicative and may vary depending on individual needs. We make every effort to run on time but cannot guarantee exact start or finish times. All website timings for services are a guideline only not a guaranteed time, the treatment is charged based off the service provided not the time spent.
Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary, including in cases of health and safety concerns, suspected intoxication, inappropriate behaviour, or where treatments are not suitable for the client.
